National Grid History

The National Grid Clean Energy Trade Ally Network was established in 2025 as an expansion of the successful National Grid Energy Professionals Network, a program for National Grid's trusted business partners in energy conservation. Its history is intertwined with National Grid's broader expansion and focus on energy efficiency. ProNet was established to connect National Grid with trusted businesses to implement and promote energy conservation efforts, leading to the creation of programs like the GridEE Awards to recognize high-performing ProNet partners.
